These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Dil Se Banao” campaign (the “Campaign”) conducted by Khyber Industries Private Limited (“Khyber Cement”) in collaboration with Mirchi 98.3 FM.
Eligibility:
Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who are residents of Kashmir Division of J&K UT and aged 18 years or above. Participants must belong to underprivileged communities as defined by the Campaign organizers. Employees of Khyber Cement, Mirchi 98.3 FM, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Campaign Details:
The Campaign aims to aid in terms of cement bags for the renovation of slabs or walls for underprivileged individuals. Renovation aid will be capped at maximum 25 cement bags per individual. Only 20 eligible entries received will be entertained which shall be selected through the draw of lots conducted by a randon third person. The Campaign is valid until April 12, 2024.
Entry:
Participants must submit their entries via the specified method communicated by Mirchi 98.3 FM. Entries must include details such as the participant’s name, contact information, address, and a brief description of the renovation required.
Selection Process:
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of representatives from Khyber Cement and Mirchi 98.3 FM. Selection will be based on the eligibility criteria and the merits of the renovation proposal.
Shortlisted entries will be visited by the Khyber Officials for site inspection and validation based which shortlisted entries shall be approved.
The decision of the panel will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the selection process.
Renovation:
Khyber Cement will provide the Khyber OPC 43 grade cement bags for the renovation, which will be delivered to the designated renovation site. Renovation work will be carried out by the participants themselves. The liability of Khyber Cement ceases with the delivery of cement bags to the renovation site.
Publicity:
By participating in the Campaign, participants grant Khyber Cement and Mirchi 98.3 FM the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any compensation. Khyber Cement and Mirchi 98.3 FM may publish the details of the selected entries on their respective platforms.
Liability:
Khyber Cement and Mirchi 98.3 FM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants arising from their participation in the Campaign or the renovation work. Participants undertake the renovation at their own risk and agree to indemnify Khyber Cement and Mirchi 98.3 FM against any claims or liabilities arising from the renovation.
Modification or Termination:
Khyber Cement reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Khyber Cement’s decision will be final and binding.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Srinagar].
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms and any other rules or guidelines communicated by Khyber Cement and Mirchi 98.3 FM.
